Summer Camp 2

We have licensed kindergarten and school-age programs (Hagersville and Ilderton location) with a child ratio of 1:13 for kindergarten and 1:15 for school-agers. Children in this program range from 4 years – 12 years old. Educators implement our program statement and policies to provide caring, engaging, and safe environments and experiences for the kindergarten and school-age programs. Our kindergarten and school-age programs offer before and afterschool, Christmas break care, PA day care, March break camps and Summer Camps. We provide challenging, respectful and engaging opportunities for our kindergarten and school-age groups, with a variety of activities indoors and outdoors.

2021 Summer Camp Schedule

WIZARDING WORLD
June 28th - July9th

Enter the Wizarding World for two weeks this summer with Koala T! Come experience the wizarding world like never before! First you'll be sorted into your wizard houses by the sorting hat. Followed by potion making, dry ice elixirs, troll boogey slime, and your own book of "Fantastic Beasts and where to find them!" The enchantment continues with dragon egg hatching, spells 101, and virtual escape rooms!

OLYMPIAN IN TRAINING
July 12th - 16th

Whether you are training to become a top athlete, superhero, or ninja, this is the week for you! We've got obstacle courses, competitions, finger ice hockey, foosball, and many more activities to win medallions! Choreograph a dance routine, make your way through mazes, and learn new sports this week!

SPACE EXPLORATION
July 19th-23rd

Put on your space suit and launch your rocket ship into our week of space exploring! Create constellations, moon sand, galaxies and rockets! Puffy moon painting, planet sun catchers, erupting moon rocks and paper mache planets! Test your taste buds with homemade astronaut ice cream and pudding!

"ON THE BIG SCREEN"
July 26th - 30th

Let's take a trip to Hollywood and Disneyworld! Superhero, Disney and Fairy Tale days or everyone for to enjoy! Dress up like your favourite characters and create items from your favourite movies! Virtual field trips to Disneyworld and movies to explore this week!

AROUND THE WORLD
August 2nd - 6th

Grab your passport and flight ticket because we are travelling to all of the continents this week! Collect stamps from different airports! Exploring cultures from different countries through music, food, and films! Create maps, flags and paintings from different countries! Go on a treasure hunt around the center!

TECH & ROBOTICS
August 9th - 13th

Are you ready to design?! Anything from clothing, to bridges, to coding, to Roblox! Use your creativity to create paper airplanes, catapults, Roblox characters, and Cubelet robots! Using a 3D printer to bring our creations to life we will be designing all kinds of creations this week!

BEACH VACATION
August 16th - 20th

Pack your sunscreen, because with the pandemic putting a damper on everyone's travel plans, we though we would bring the vacation to Koala T! Explore different countries with fabulous beaches, make sandcastles at the beach, make beach slushies' and try seaweed snacks!

BACK TO THE FUTURE
August 16th - 20th

Build your time machine and travel to different time periods this week! Ride alongside dinosaurs in prehistoric time with your knight's steed from medieval times! Build your pirates ship to escape the navy, visit some virtual museums and traverse through the decades!

CREATIVE CHEMISTS
August 30th - September 3rd

Grab your lab coat and safety glasses for these crazy experiments! Inspect specimens, weather, chemicals and compounds! Homemade lava lamps, volcanoes, rainbow jars, and rain clouds! Let's investigate the science in the universe and challenge our minds!

REMINDERS

There will be no big trips this year unfortunately due to COVID-19; however, we will be having outdoor water activities and trips to our local parks regularily.
